Which ticket actually suits you

The all-inclusive pass is not three times better than day entry — it is a different kind of day.

Day entry, 48 €

The right answer for most visitors. You get everything that matters — every slide, the wave beach, the lazy river, a lounger — and you queue like everyone else. In July and August those queues are long in the middle of the day.

Twin Ticket, 78 €

Worth it only if you genuinely intend to visit Loro Parque too. It saves 14 € against buying both, but the parks are at opposite ends of the island, so plan them as two separate days rather than a heroic single one.

All-inclusive, 169 €

Fast track is the real purchase here; the food and the towel are extras on top. It makes sense in peak season, with a short trip, or when a queue would ruin the day. Out of season it is money spent on nothing much.

If you are choosing between the two parks rather than combining them, the split is simple: Siam Park is slides and water, Loro Parque is animals and shows. What is inside the park

A Thai-themed park built on a slope, which is why the big slides feel as steep as they do.

The two attractions that define the place are the Wave Palace, which makes the largest artificial waves in the world at up to three metres and has a proper sand beach in front of it, and the Tower of Power, a near-vertical drop that reaches around 80 km/h and finishes by shooting you through a transparent tunnel inside a tank holding sharks and rays. Everything else sits between those poles: rafting descents for groups, a long lazy river that circles the park, children's areas with shallow water, and quiet corners with loungers under the palms.

Because the ticket includes loungers, tubes, umbrellas and life jackets, the only things you normally end up paying for inside are food, a locker and the fast-track band — which is exactly what the all-inclusive ticket bundles.

Two practical habits make the day better: go straight to the biggest slides in the first hour, when the queues have not formed yet, and keep the wave beach for the early afternoon, when everyone else is queuing. Bring sun cream — the park is exposed and the Canary sun in summer is stronger than it feels in the water.
